Parents

Consulting with parents is very much at the heart of all we do at Blue Coat, and parental views are paramount to us in helping us shape our future.

For children with SEND, support plans and short notes are jointly produced through a process of consultation.

We have an open-door policy, and encourage parents to discuss any issues with us in order that we can formulate a prompt resolution to any problem.

However, if issues are not resolved to your satisfaction, there is a complaints procedure in place at the school, a copy of which can be accessed via the Policies in the Statutory Information section of this website.
